K vážné železniční dopravní nehodě došlo dnes v Kostelci na Hané. Při nehodě se střetl v obci na přejezdu vlak a osobní automobil.

"Ze zdemolovaného vozidla jsme zachraňovali řidiče a spolujezdce, kteří zůstali po srážce zaklíněni uvnitř. Hydraulickými nůžkami jsme odstřihli dveře na obou stranách automobilu a na páteřní desce jsme je s vážnými zraněními vyprostili ven. Jednoho jsme předali letecké záchranné službě, druhého pak ZZS. Celkem si záchranáři převzali do péče čtyři zraněné osoby," popsala Lucie Balážová, mluvčí Hasičského záchranného sboru Olomouckého kraje.

Ve vlaku cestovalo 20 osob, nikomu z cestujících se naštěstí nic nestalo. Pasažéři museli vlak opustit a dopravce jim zajistil náhradní přepravu. Místo zásahu si převzali hasiči Správy železnic a Policie ČR k vyšetření okolností a příčin železniční dopravní nehody.

V Kostelci to byl dnes druhý velký zásah profesionálních hasičů. Dopoledne hasiči vytahovali osmnáctitunový plně naložený krmný vůz, pod kterým se utrhla krajnice vozovky a hrozilo, že se zcela převrátí.
