Stavba nového mostu přes řeku Moravu na Masarykově třídě v Olomouci opět rychle pokračuje. Po krátkém zdržení při mrazivém počasí v první polovině února teď může stavba díky jarním teplotám nabrat rychlejší tempo. Ve středu ráno začalo betonování mostovky. Snímky z průběhu jednoho dne ukazují, že práce postupuje opravdu rychle. Odpoledne byla betonáž mostovky dokončená. 

Betonová masa bude muset po dokončení ještě dva týdny tvrdnout a zrát, než mohou přijít další stavební práce. Na novou polovinu mostu musí ještě stavebníci přemístit inženýrské sítě a pak teprve mohou zbourat zbytek starého mostu, který dnes slouží jako provizorní lávka. Zábradlí na konstrukci bude ještě doplněno o zábrany proti vstupu osob. Podobu těchto zábran ještě dodatečně řešili autoři architektonického návrhu spolu s investorem stavby. 

V dubnu by měla být na tuto polovinu mostu svedena trasa pro pěší a cyklisty. Ve zbytku roku pak bude probíhat kompletace další ocelové konstrukce a stavba druhé poloviny přemostění. Kolaudace celého nového mostu se předpokládá až v červnu příštího roku.
